Easier Foundation Preparation

In traditional masonry construction, preparing a proper foundation requires deep and massive footings that can extend several meters underground. For our wooden houses, a simple base of just a few centimeters or concrete slabs is usually sufficient to securely fix the walls.

Easy Assembly and Disassembly

The structure of these buildings is simple: a wooden house requires significantly less time to build compared to a masonry house, which can take years to complete. This type of construction, known as interlocking, is primarily used for wooden buildings such as garden rooms, storage units, and residential homes.

The wooden panels are grooved and milled, creating planks that fit securely into one another. The walls are built by stacking these interlocking panels. If you move to a new location or need to transport the house, it can be disassembled and reassembled elsewhere with ease.

No Need for Wall Finishing

Wooden houses require only an exterior or interior finish with paints or protective coatings—nothing more. Compared to traditional construction, this significantly reduces labor, as masonry walls typically need multiple layers of plaster, drywall, or other finishes before being painted. Building a wooden house not only saves time but is also a cost-effective choice.

Better Health Impact

Since wood is a natural material, it provides better ventilation than brick, ensuring clean air circulation inside the structure. Wood also regulates indoor humidity better, as it can naturally absorb and release moisture, making the air more pleasant to breathe. Additionally, while houses made from masonry often use artificial materials that can cause allergies in sensitive individuals, this is much less likely to occur in wooden houses.

As wood is the main construction material, being natural and non-polluting, our houses offer superior sustainability compared to, for example, masonry houses, where bricks leave a larger ecological footprint.

In Summary

In conclusion, wooden constructions are not only a practical and fast building solution but also an environmentally friendly and health-conscious option, offering a range of benefits from ease of construction to environmental sustainability and the well-being of its inhabitants.
